1 SHIPPING INFORMATION

    The delivery time within Germany is usually 3 to 5 working days counting from the day your order has been placed. The delivery time outside the Federal Republic of Germany and within Europe is 5 to 10 working days. Outside of Europe delivery time is 20-25 days.

    Delivery time for pre-orders takes up to 5 weeks, depending on your country of residence. 

     

    Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of 4,99€.
    Shipping to other EU countries is a flat rate of 13,99€.
    Shipping rates outside EU depending on your country of residence and order quantity.

Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

    World:
    India, Indonesia, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Guatemala, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, United State, United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands).

    If the ordered product is not available, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest a comparable product. In this case you'll also get informed about the estimated delivery time. If no comparable product is available or you do not want a different product, we will refund the complete buying price immediately.



    Delays in delivery and performance due to force majeure and events that make delivery by Riedrocker Sports UG (haftungsbeschränkt) difficult or impossible – especially strikes, lockouts, official orders, etc., even if they are caused by suppliers of Riedrocker Sports UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or their subcontractors – we are not responsible for binding deadlines. In such cases, Riedrocker Sports UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is entitled to postpone the delivery or service for the duration of the hindrance plus a reasonable start-up time.



    If the customer is in default of acceptance, Riedrocker Sports UG (haftungsbeschränkt) remains entitled to resell the goods to third parties or to hold the original buyer liable for losses.



    We are entitled to make partial deliveries.



    For consumers, the risk of accidental destruction or loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods is borne by the consumer or a specific recipient. This applies regardless of whether the shipment is not insured or not. Otherwise, the risk of accidental destruction or loss and accidental deterioration of the delivery is transferred to the buyer when the goods are shipped to the shipper, carrier or otherwise to the shipping person or facility.



    2 RETURN/CANCELLATION

      We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 



      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges.



      To start a return, you can contact us at info@venerate.cc. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

       

      Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.

      Damages and issues:

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



      Exceptions / non-returnable items:  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



      Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

       


      3 REPLACEMENT

        Please note that a direct replacement of ordered products is not possible. If you wish to order a different product or size, please return the order and place a new order via the online shop.
