FAQ

How does the heat molding process work?

Recognising that no two feet are exactly the same, we have integrated thermo sheets between the carbon layers to allow for quick and easy adjustments at home, resulting in a perfect fit and optimal support. By heat molding your VENERATE cycling shoes for 12 minutes at 80°C in your own oven, you can effectively eliminate heel slippage and ensure highest comfort - it's a fast and effective solution for achieving the perfect fit in your cycling shoes.

Where can I adjust the carbon shell?

You can adjust the rear half of the carbon shell of your VENERATE cycling shoes, focusing on a snug fit around the ankle and heel for optimal support. This design choice allows us to leave more space in the forefoot area to maintain the natural shape of the toes, improving comfort without compressing the toes. The heat molding process doesn't affect the footbed or forefoot, so it focuses solely on enhancing fit and support where it's needed most.

How wide is the fit?

Our cleat position was designed according to the latest scientific studies and in collaboration with renowned bike fitters. Our shoes allow the cleat centre to be positioned both on the metatarsophalangeal joint and in our recommended position behind it. By positioning the cleat 10-20mm further back, the pressure is distributed more evenly over the whole foot. This offers an increase in comfort and helps to prevent injuries. By using fixed mounting points instead of slots, we can guarantee the lowest possible stack height.

Können die Atop Drehverschlüsse ausgetauscht werden?

Unsere Carbon-Atop Drehverschlüsse sind so konzipiert und getestet, dass sie dem täglichen Gebrauch standhalten. Sollte der unwahrscheinliche Fall eintreten, dass sie innerhalb des ersten Jahres kaputt gehen, schicken wir dir kostenlos Ersatz zu. Für Schäden, die durch Stürze oder äußere Einwirkungen entstanden sind, können Ersatzteile einfach nachbestellt werden, damit du so schnell wie möglich wieder auf dem Rad sitzt.

Find the perfect Size

To find your right size, we recommend measuring your feet with these simple steps. First, place a sheet of paper flush against a wall and step on it with your heel touching the wall. Mark the longest and widest points of your foot, making sure to keep the pencil straight. Repeat the process for your other foot. Next, measure the distances between your marks in millimeters. You may find that one foot is longer than the other, which is quite common. In this case select the larger size. Our size chart accounts for toe room with a built-in allowance of approximately 5mm, so there is no need to add extra length.

Bonjour, longtemps j'ai roulé avec les Nimbl,et depuis quelques temps je suis passé à votre produit,force est de constater que je suis très agréablement surpris :le confort est vraiment bon, même après de longues sorties,la rigidité et vraiment bonne elle aussi, elles ont l'air plus robuste que mes anciennes chaussures donc résisteront mieux dans le temps,le look fait plutôt "classe😉"et pour finir la solution du thermoformage franchement très utile et efficace,donc au final c'est un sans faute,bravo à vous👍

Très agréablement surpris, très rigide et au niveau confort vraiment top surtout après les avoir " thermoformées",ce qui est très simple a faire, donne une impression de robustesse,y compris son système " boa" propriétaire qui change du système utilisé par la plus part des autres marques qui fait très "plastique",là le côté alu et carbone fait plus sérieux je trouve,certe elles ne sont pas aussi légère que des marques comme Nimbl ou Bont,mais moins lourdes que Shimano,Sidi,Trek,Suplest et j'en passe,bref je trouve le rapport qualité/prix tout a fait bon,en résumé je suis tout à fait satisfait de mon achat ; )

Der für mich perfekte Schuhe. Die Größe laut Vorgabe passt für meinen etwas breiteren Fuß perfekt. Das Fahrverhalten ist top, die Kraftübertragung durch die Vollcarbonsohle ist 1:1. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen.

Einfach begeistert!!

Ich hatte noch nie von einen Radschuh ich bin so begeistert, die Sohle brett hart aber ein Fahrkomfort vom feinsten, da geht jedes Watt auf die Straße , auch das anpassen im Backofen Kinderleicht!!
